Thanh bánh quy sô cô la bạc hà

The mint filling is creamy without being overpowering, and it actually tastes like real mint rather than toothpaste. I've been tossing one in my bag for afternoon slumps and the chocolate coating holds up fine without melting everywhere.

I’ve been grabbing one of these when the afternoon sugar craving hits, and the contrast between the crunchy cookie bits and that smooth mint center keeps it interesting the whole way through. The chocolate coating is rich without being heavy, so one bar actually feels like enough.

The mint filling is the star here—cool and creamy without being too sweet, and it balances the chocolate and crunchy bits just right. I grabbed one as a mid-afternoon snack and it actually felt satisfying rather than just empty sugar.
