Framboos Chocolade Koekrepen

That raspberry filling is what got me — creamy and tart enough to cut through the chocolate, not just sugar. I keep one in my bag for the 3pm slump and it actually holds me over.

The crunchy cookie texture holds up surprisingly well against the creamy raspberry filling, and the whole thing stays neatly together without crumbling everywhere. I've already eaten three of these this week as my afternoon snack, and that chocolate coating on top is the perfect finish.

The chocolate coating is genuinely velvety, and that crunch from the cookie texture keeps every bite interesting—I finished the whole box in two days. The creamy raspberry center balances the sweetness just right without being overpowering.
