Granola alla vaniglia e mandorle

The crunch is nice and the vanilla flavor is definitely there, and I like that it has the soy crisps mixed in with the oats. That said, it's a bit sweeter than I expected for something labeled "subtly sweet," so I can't eat it by the handful like I'd hoped.
