Peanut Butter Chokolade Cookie Bars

I grabbed one of these on a hike and the crunchy cookie bits kept it from tasting flat like most bars do. The chocolate on the outside actually snaps a little when you bite in. Sweet-savory balance is spot on, not cloying at all.

The peanut butter layer hits that perfect sweet-savory balance, and the cookie crunch keeps every bite interesting. These bars taste way more indulgent than they have any right to for a snack I can grab on the go.

The crunch of the cookie pieces against that smooth, velvety chocolate is the perfect texture combo, and the peanut butter filling has just enough salt to keep me coming back for another bite. I've already finished the box in two days.
