Ahornsirup Vafler Cereal

I expected cardboard from a low-sugar cereal but the maple flavor actually tastes buttery, not artificial. The high-protein part sold me and it keeps me full until lunch.

Finally a cereal that doesn't spike my blood sugar but still tastes like a legit breakfast treat, the waffle flavor comes through in every crunchy bite. I've been having it with almond milk before work and the high protein keeps me full till lunch without that weird artificial sweetener aftertaste.

The maple flavor is genuinely buttery without any fake syrup aftertaste, and the crunch holds up even after sitting in milk for a few minutes. I've been reaching for this instead of my usual sugary cereal and don't feel like I'm missing out at all.
